SFI was born out of a desire to do things better for up and coming football players, looking to fulfil their highest potential in the game. In an industry where trust and honesty are difficult to come by because of its competitive nature, we especially like to base our relationships on these two values and have transparency in everything we do to build a partnership that evolves into long-term friendship.
SFI has all together over 25 years of playing and coaching experience in the professional game in the UK and Europe.

Lifestyle Management
What players do on the pitch is the only element to having a successful career in football. SFI help, advise, guide and manage its players' affairs off the pitch as well, giving them the tools to ensure they have every opportunity to excel in their career as a footballer.
Transfer Negotiations
SFI manages all aspects of the transfer process enabling its clients to stay focused and continue playing to the best of their ability. We aim to secure the most favourable outcome for all of our clients whilst communicating all potential options. This allows us to make an informed decision together on the best route to take.
Contract Renewals
SFI has developed close relationships with clubs at a senior level, allowing players to be totally focused on their performance on the pitch, safe in the knowledge that their contract discussions are in very good hands.
Commercial Opportunities / Sponsorship Management
In the last 10 years, this area of a players career has seen an enormous growth and contributes to a large part of a players total income. SFI will ensure each of its players potential earning in this area is maximised.
